1stCourse- Fevre Chablis Champs Royaux '19 
A subtle hint of tangerine on the nose dissipates to leave ripe lemon brightness. The palate is concentrated, juicy and fresh, brimming with lemon edged Mirabelle fruitiness. 
 
2nd Course- Bouchard Bourgogne Blanc '20

With a color of warm gold and green tints, this wine provides a nose and palate packed with notes of citrus and white flowers. Enjoy this French chardonnay with food, as its minerality and aromas makes it the perfect pair for this course. 
 
3rd Course-  Bouchard Bourgogne Rouge ‘19 
This pinot noir is smooth and balanced with its soft tannins and notes of red and black fruit. Medium bodied and easy to drink no matter the season. 
 
4th Course- Il Ghizzano Super Tuscan  
 easy drinking wine, perfect for everyday consumption, but incredibly rich in personality and fruit. There are velvety berry notes on the nose- cherry and blackberry with hints of warm spice 
 
Desert Course- Henriot Brut Souverain NV 
Straw-gold, bright and clear in appearance. A lovely bead in the glass forms a cortege of regular, delicate bubbles. On the nose, the Champagne offers magnificent, vivacious character. Citrus fruit aromas are followed by a cavalcade of floral bouquets, elderberry and vine blossom. Delicious brioche notes and the simplicity of lightly toasted bread and roasted almonds
