Sparkling 
Sparkling Vouvray 
Pale yellow with green tints. Fresh Nose with green apple, white flowers and toasty aromas. Harmonious mouth with a nice acidity and fineness.
 
Affinitas, Tokaj Sárga Muskotály (2022) 
Even though the wine is off-dry, the flowery aromas and the acidity of the wine makes you forget the higher sugar content.
 
Paul Cluver Wines, Elgin Pinot Noir Village (2020) 
Beautiful aromas of red fruits intermingle with roasted spices followed by a delicious palate of cherries and poached ripe plums resulting in a medium bodied wine with soft edges.
 
Hill Family Estate, Napa Valley The Barrel Blend (2019) 
Aromas of deep black cherry and boysenberry fruit are underlaid by spicy vanilla flavored oak, along with supporting flavors of raspberry, plum, licorice, and chocolate. The wine has a well-constructed young palate, with fruit crammed into the structure to form an intense ripe boysenberry center.
 
Bodegas 501, Gades Pedro Ximénez Jerez-Xérès-Sherry (NV) 
Lets start with honeyed raisins, oranges and almonds. Then there’s chocolate and coffee and figs. But that’s just the sugar talking. After those candied notes hit you they give way to salt, herbs, coffee grounds, tar and licorice. The flavor show does not stop... ever.
